We told Jack about our "dream" home and where it should be located.  I wanted a floor plan with two spiral staircases in the entry way.  My husband and I also wanted to have a view of Lake Travis.  We knew this would be almost impossible to find considering our budget.

Jack found our home within a couple of months, and it was listed well below the Travis County appraised value. Jack advised us what to offer (even below the listed price), and to our surprise, we got the home.

The floor plan is exactly what I wanted, and the view of Lake Travis is magnificent.
